Legal and Ethics Consultation for Washington Behavioral Health Professionals
I’m an attorney and a licensed mental health counselor. I help you create, maintain, and grow a sound practice, so you can give your full focus to your clients.
How I can help

I understand the unique legal considerations of the health care profession. I’ve provided legal counsel and guidance to health care professionals for many years, and I’m licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington. I also have extensive experience providing counseling and psychotherapy to combat veterans.
As an attorney in the US Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, I spent more than ten years training and advising mental health and medical professionals employed by the federal government in California and Washington. I served for many years as legal counsel on Navy Domestic Violence Case Review Committees, and advised US Naval medical facilities across the Western United States and the Pacific as a Reserve officer.
Earlier in my career I worked as a criminal defense attorney, a federal prosecutor, and in-house counsel. I was also a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician at Huron Valley Ambulance in Chelsea, Michigan.
